	Hello Hardik Bhai The cards are beautiful, I was amazed with the variety of cards that you had on offer. I must say from start to finish I found the service you provided excellent. The webpage helped enormously for ideas for texts, fonts colors and styles. If anyone like myself that was making a trip to Ahmadabad on limited time I would strongly recommend, that as we did, have the templates of text ready, allowing more time to choose the cards. My daughter & I are very impressed and happy with them. The cards are so unusual in that they are not the typical Indian Wedding card. Your selections of cards and the quality and colors were absolutely incredible! You personally made things a lot easier for us, in that your suggestions and layout of the card and presentation were absolutely spot on and greatly appreciated. Your pleasant manner and professionalism shone through, and we had the added bonus that you spoke English which also helped enormously. Thank you for all your patience and suggestions to the many amendments you had to make, and also for your prompt responses to my many emails prior to my trip. 	Hi Hardik, Sorry for the delay in reply. We received the invitations - excellent condition and all printing correct as required. The following are my comments with regards to your service, starting from the beginning: 1. Sample should be forwarded in the first instance once requested. There should be no charge for that - should always be part of the service. 2. When there are two versions of the same invite it would be a good idea to give them a different number and clear picture on your website so that it is easy to talk about them without any confusion. 3. The proofs arrived very promptly, which was great. 4. Changes requested were also made without problem. 5. Communication was good and the fact that you understood and spoke English was great. 6. It would also be great if other people on your staff also spoke English to some degree - very important when dealing with overseas people. 7. Payment process very efficient and I felt confident it was secure and safe. 8. DHL service was also excellent - great that you provided tracking information - as this gave us confidence that the goods had genuinely been dispatched. 9. The invites arrived undamaged. However the box had split on one corner, but as you had padding around the contents, nothing was damaged. It may be that you should use more secure boxes in the future or put tape around the whole box to ensure it does not split. 10. Printed documents were of a very good standard and all our friends have commented on their quality being excellent. 11. All in all we were very pleased with the service and found you very professional. If you would like me to place an advert in our Gujarati Samaj Newsletter, please forward me something and I will organise for you. Thank you once again and if I require your services again, please rest assured that I will definitely be calling you.
