	Hi Hardik, Sorry for the delay in reply. We received the invitations - excellent condition and all printing correct as required. The following are my comments with regards to your service, starting from the beginning: 1. Sample should be forwarded in the first instance once requested. There should be no charge for that - should always be part of the service. 2. When there are two versions of the same invite it would be a good idea to give them a different number and clear picture on your website so that it is easy to talk about them without any confusion. 3. The proofs arrived very promptly, which was great. 4. Changes requested were also made without problem. 5. Communication was good and the fact that you understood and spoke English was great. 6. It would also be great if other people on your staff also spoke English to some degree - very important when dealing with overseas people. 7. Payment process very efficient and I felt confident it was secure and safe. 8. DHL service was also excellent - great that you provided tracking information - as this gave us confidence that the goods had genuinely been dispatched. 9. The invites arrived undamaged. However the box had split on one corner, but as you had padding around the contents, nothing was damaged. It may be that you should use more secure boxes in the future or put tape around the whole box to ensure it does not split. 10. Printed documents were of a very good standard and all our friends have commented on their quality being excellent. 11. All in all we were very pleased with the service and found you very professional. If you would like me to place an advert in our Gujarati Samaj Newsletter, please forward me something and I will organise for you. Thank you once again and if I require your services again, please rest assured that I will definitely be calling you.
